Can anyone give me an idea of just how accurate the MobleMe Find My iPhone is regarding the exact location? When I refresh sometimes the iPhone moves several feet even though I know it has not moved. Also, how accurate is the location on the initial lock on? Guessing it varies, but by how much?

"Depends" is about the best you can say for sure. Mainly on where the phone is. If it's outside with a clear GPS signal, the initial lock will be 'somewhere in this area', with the area being fairly big. Then it should lock in quite quickly, down to perhaps an accuracy of 10m. I.e. you might get it down to roughly the right building, or part of the street.

If it's indoors, and doesn't have a GPS signal or a known wifi network to lock into, it'll be accurate to maybe 100m depending on your luck. No phone signal too? It won't be found at all.
