I am selling my 40GB iPod Photo since I just recently purchased an Archos AV420 multimedia player. Since it plays music as well as videos, I don't need the iPod anymore, and thought I would offer it here to someone if you are interested. It comes with everything included in the original box (minus the earbuds), plus a remote. I will also send the original receipt.

This baby is perfect - no scratches or scuffs. It has been babied since the day i bought it. I have excellent user feedback on eBay. My eBay feedback is under username iancraft.

Lowered the price to $350 shipped, since Apple just today introduced a 30GB iPod Photo for $349, and as noted in the post above, you can get the discontinued 40GB model for $379 from the Special Deals section from the Apple Store on the web.

Figured this is fair, since I am throwing in the remote and shipping, and you save on tax as well.
