Chimera is an internet web browser. It is updated every day and you can update it from the 'nightly build' section of the Chimera website. Now, if your a Chimera user you probably know this, and if you arent then you should be :D. I just found an app called 'ChimeraKnight.' ChimeraKnight is an AppleScript Studio application that automatically updates Chimera to the latest nightly version. No user intervention is required, everything is fully automated. And best of all, it won't change your default browser setting. I think this app is really cool, I used to hate downloading all the nightly builds, so I just didnt. But this app is really cool, you can even have it put a theme on it (havnt tried that yet). It is available here. (http://versiontracker.com/moreinfo.fcgi?id=15664&db=mac). I just thought I would let y'all know that this app is available and it is pretty cool. :D:D:D:D

I got it...I've only had one nightly that didn't work properly so I don't really mind...and I can always manually get a official build if it stuffs anyway...

ChimeraKnight gives you the option to have it revert to the previous build or whatever. It zip's the previous navigator.app before writing the new one.

for those of you who don't frequent the chimera boards (http://chimera.eternaltedium.com), you should check out the new project called "iBrowse" which is a single user's attempt to expand on the chimera theme and add features to both the UI and the rest of the app. he said that on saturday, he will release the first version of his chimera tweaks which will incorporate the brushed metal appearance, bookmark list in the dock menu, improved navigation icons, a javascript sheet for searching (this is really cool), and a rounded 10.2 location bar. check out screenshots on his blog at:

that is really cool. I will definitely be checking that out. It is like apple's browser - except I would rather it be called iSurf.
