PC Hard Drive with music died!

My hard drive on my PC died and that's what i used for my ipod. Now all my music is on my iPod and im wondering if theres anyway to get it off of my ipod and on to my mac. If not looks like i'm gunna have to buy a new hard drive for my PC to get my music back.
