New Powerbook owner in Louisiana... playing the Tracking game

What's up? I've recently added a powerbook to my setup. Bought the Rev D 1.5 with all the extras except the 128 video card. Sold my pc laptop to get it. After spending the past 5 months in Mac labs for design classes, I just learned to love how stable they were.

Anyway, enough of that. Can someone fill me in on what stage I'm at right now? I received shipping confirmation for the computer and FedEx says it's been delivered in Shanghai at the moment. So, if I were to worry about a delay in shipping, would that have been before this phase? I ordered this past Friday and received the external keyboard Tuesday (the next day after it arrived in Memphis).

Either or, I'm pretty excited to get this thing in and just have some geek fun.

You're at the 'giddy anticipation' stage. That's located on the scale directly before 'ecstatic elation' when it arrives. 🙂

What is the MUG?

I visit Shreveport every so often. Have some friends that live there and etc. Still need to sometime actually hit up that casino with the big painting on the side of the building. That is a casino, right? I'm only assuming, since everything else in Shreveport seems to be. 🙂

that's actually the holiday inn... but they've probably got video poker. 🙂
