Think anyone might offer something like this again?

http://us.kensington.com/html/17806.html

Would be nice on the intentional flights I take over 9-10 hours. Easy to drain a battery during layovers or on the plane.

you can find a battery case at www.wekreat.com
more juice than the power back.
lighter and last longer, best of all, it charges your iPhone or other cellphone

I'd buy it if it were for the iPad 2!

Don't mind if it made the iPad bulkier!

what about the mophie juice pack powerstation?

http://www.mophie.com/juice-pack-powerstation-for-iPod-iPhone-iPad-p/1137_jpu-powerstation.htm

you can use it for most usb devices

it was $79 at J&R last week, but price is back up to 99 right now

Try the iSound portable power max. 16000 mAh for less than $100. Works great and charges the iPad 2 twice and a little more on a full charge.

I don't know which one to get. The mophie Is a brand im familiar with and is nice and slim. But the isound is very bulky but is cheaper and 16,000 mah compared to the mophie 3,600 mah. The isound says it will give iPad extra 30 hours. How much would the mophie give?

Less than a 50% charge only once. 3-4 hours tops.

I'm looking to purchase one of these.

http://www.amazon.com/New-Trent-IMP500-external-Blackberry/dp/B0013G8PTS/ref=sr_1_fkmr0_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1301325871&sr=8-1-fkmr0

iSound is way to big and bulky.

I just ordered the isound power max 16,000 last night from amazon. It's just so much power and it's cheaper than the mophie. I also watched this video review of it on YouTube and it really sold me on the product.

Received this email from Wekreat this morning. It's the sneak preview of its battery case for iPad 2, Bento. It's amazingly thin! Check it out.:D

Yeah, they have modified it for the iPad 2. Looks incredibly thin for it to have so much juice. You should get them to notify you when the Bento is out. I wrote to them tho.

Hi dadoftwogirls, have you found the solution to your problem?
I really haven't seen anything quite like the Kensington Powerback.
I guess you can try out the Wekreat Bento for iPad 2 when it goes on sale at the end of the month.
