I advertised my 17" PowerBook in the newspaper for $1900 and the first caller said I'm asking too much; that he can buy a refurbished 17" for less. It's a 1.33Ghz model, one year old, in perfect condition with 1GB of RAM. I can't find any refurbished or new 17" PowerBooks anywhere online for less than $2400. I think he's yanking my chain. I based my price on what these seem to be going for on eBay. Any thoughts?

Well, if you check Apple's refurb section right now, you'll see a 1.5GHz 17" Powerbook w/ Superdrive listed for $1,999. It only has 512mb RAM, but its still a very good deal.

Thanks. That wasn't there yesterday. Perhaps I am asking a bit too much.
