How can I have 108GB available if the driver's capacity is 25GB? (screenshot)

Looks like a glitch in reporting. On the top left, the SSD is reporting that it is a 251GB drive which is partitioned for Windows and OS/X. That's how it reports 108GB available; you don't have more space than is actually there.
