I'm probably the only dummy who has done this, (more than once), so be kind.

Is there any way to get rid of a saved log-in username and password in Firefox, without erasing all of the cookies? I didn't notice I had hit the wrong key until after I had clicked on "save log in".

Thanks. 🙂

Under Firefox go to Firefox>Preferences>Privacy>Cookies tab and click 'View Cookies'.

You'll have to do it manually; select the cookies from the websites you want to remove.

Saved usernames and passwords are almost at the same place as the cookies: Firefox>Preferences...>Privacy>Saved Passwords. You can then press the View Saved Passwords button and then delete those username/passwords you don't want to keep.
