Anyone Use Photoshop with their MBA

Right now i have the Last generation MBP 13 inch with the C2D processor in it and I must say i love this thing but Im thinking the smaller Form Factor would benefit me because I only use my laptop on the go since I have a i7 Imac at home. So how does the Air Handle Photoshop? Now im not editing Pictures from Canon 60d or anything I use photoshop for overlays and Other things for youtube Videos that i do for a hobby.

The screen size is too small for me. Having an external monitor is the way to go.
