Let me rant a bit. I ordered my Ipod shuffle from Macmall on January 11 (the day it came out). I was informed it would be available in 2-3 weeks. A week later they updated their system to read a 3-4 week wait. On Febuary 12 or sometime around there, I received a letter stating that it would ship by the 17th. I called on the 26th and was told that it would be another 4 weeks till I get it. By March 1, 7 weeks later, I still have not received my shuffle so I finally emailed macmall to express my displeasure over their communication, and the fact that they are basically lying to everyone who orders that they will receive their shuffle within 2-3 weeks ((currently on stated on the website).
I get a one line response. "Your order has been cancelled."
Well, their poor customer service has cost them a customer. Thanks for letting me rant.
