My wife and I will be going to several large music festivals this summer and she has a tendency to get lost regrouping with me after going to the restrooms. I have been searching for an app that we could use on our iPhones to find each other, but I'm coming up empty. Ideally i am looking for something that could tell her distance and direction to my iPhone. Any suggestions?

Find my iPhone would work great if we were separated by several miles, but at most we are talking three blocks, but in a sea of people. I'm looking for something on a more micro scale.
After altering my search, I think I've got a couple of options. I looked at car parking apps. Anybody have any experience with Walk Me To My Car, iReturn, or Park'n Find?
