does this work with an iPad2 and iPhone4 ?

It should work. I use something similar from Belkin. The only disadvantage though, is that the iphone and ipad chargers are different wattage. You can interchange them but when you try and charge the ipad with an iphone charger, it charges alot slower. This would be a good overnight charger though.
