Does anyone know what the blimp at the end is for? It's been added to the iPad version as well with the recent update.
 
Maybe it's hinting at some in-app purchase that people who already beat the game will get for free! Or not.

But I bet the 99 cent scenario at the end is linked to the "subversive traveler" achievement that I noticed in game center. I'll have to look into that later.
