Weather Alert USA: Crashing; App now missing from Store

This was my go-to weather app. Recently started crashing on startup. No better with newest iOS. Went to check on reviews in the App Store and there is a different app there going by the same name. The company Softpeas is no longer listed in an App Store search.
Anyone know what's going on with this app?

I have used that app in the past. It has fairly decent notifications. I went to softpeas.com and there is no mention of the app missing. However, it is.

According to the developer it started crashing due to some changes in the NWS feed, so was pulled from the app store to be fixed, and needs to be re-approved by Apple before it is reinstated.
