I like the Feather a lot, used it for both the 3G and the 4. It is IMO, one of the best Snap-type cases, and adds almost no bulk. But it really has very minimal protection, so if that is a concern, look elsewhere. The screen protectors it comes with are crap - they never stick around the edges. Can't really comment on Zagg though.

I would order through amazon if you do buy it. You can find them there for $12-15, and likely with free shipping/no tax.

I'm onto my second one on my (almost) 2 year old 3GS. They look and feel great. Got an iPad one from them as well.

I have a Feather for my iPhone 4. It is a nice cover. It is a great case if you don't want any bulk added to the phone.
