The little snitch is like a cockroach! Its so hard to effin' kill.

I've deleted the application from the applications folder. It still survived. I went into the activity monitor, found its slimy little process and pressed the big red "QUIT PROCESS" button, and it quit, but came back after 3 seconds!

If an app doesn't have an effective uninstaller, like the one miles01110 posted, the only effective method for complete app removal is manual deletion:
