Anyone ordered a 27" CTO w/o SSD & it shipped?

I'm gearing up to buy a 27" inch w/ 3.4ghz i7 & 2GB VRAM and curious whether Apple has these ready to go at a U.S. warehouse or if they are shipping direct from China.

I'm interested in knowing so I can select the proper shipping method. If it ships from China then I can do the free shipping but if it's shipping from a U.S. warehouse then I'll go 2day.

I went for the exact same configuration as you.
i7
2GB graphics
2TB internal HDD
orderd 4 MAY
has not shipped yet.... estimated delivery date 20 MAY

Ordered May 4th.

Delivers 6th-10th.
I paid for next day delivery. Hoping it ships on Thursday, but will be surprised if it does.
 
I ordered my BTO 27" iMac w/o SSD around 9:30am Pacific time on May 3rd (I live in Arizona). I have priority (overnight) shipping, and it also says that it will be delivered as early as Friday the 6th, or by the 10th. It's supposed to ship within 2-4 business days, and tomorrow (Thursday) is the first day it could possibly ship out. I am praying that it does!!! If it ships after tomorrow, I won't get it until after the weekend and I'm going out of town next week 🙁

That's amazing!! And great news, since I really hope mine will be shipping today! I am surprised that yours shipped so early!
 
I order mine on 5/3 at 8:06 PDT and it just now shows prepairef for shippingso looks like I'll get it tomorrow 5/6 as I went with overnight shipping I ordered the I7 with 2g video

I did not have an other option than standard shipping... hope it will take a little less time... I have been waiting for 3 month dfor the update, so a week and a half more is ok.. but I am reall anticipating
 
Just ordered my iMac 27" 3.4 i7, 2gb gfx card... estimated shipping in 3 days, and estimated delivery on the 16th of May! Just need to get my Macbook Pro sold now... shameful plug
 
I've ordered mine ±6 hours after the upgrade and paid by bank, im still waiting for my payment confirmation and its driving me crazy 🙁
 
Ordered around 9:30 EST on May 3rd. 21.5" with i7 BTO. Still hasn't shipped.

My order says "ships in 2-4 days, delivers May 12-16th."

It really does suck we can't order any type of special shipping.
 
Ordered my 27" 3.4GHz i7 with 2Gb 6970 on May 3rd around 9am EST. It's been "prepared for shipment" since 10pm EST last night. So, I expect it to arrive tomorrow since I paid for overnight.

They confirmed my order and it's going to be shipped in 3 workdays and it will be delivered 16 may or earlier.
 
I was told to expect 11th May for delivery by apple this changed to the 9th May yesterday as the item was shipped and now UPS tell me it will be here tomorrow 6th May 🙂. Coulda been here today though i'm only a 4hour motorway (highway) drive from Cork but i guess I shouldn't complain lol. Can't wait for tomorrow now though!😀:apple:
