iOS preparing the app for app store

I'm trying to prepare my app for app store. I managed to build it for archive, but it's not showing up in the organizer. I tried uploading it with application loader, but it gives me a codesign verification failed error

any ideas what I can try to submit it? after 5hours of trying I'd out of ideas
