I ordered UPAD this weekend and I am really liking it, except.......my iPad does not auto lock when I have this app opened. I forgot to put my iPad to sleep and the next time I opened it I had 5% battery left. Does anyone else have this problem?

Same thing happens to me. Never really had it cause a major problem, but I would rather have it sleep.

I remember readin that UPad purposely make it so it doesn't sleep. Not sure if there is an option to turn it off

Yes, you have to pay attention - but it's on purpose.

It assumes you are sitting in a meeting / class as ling as you have it open - and you could need to start writing real quick.

Thanks everyone, I am surprised it is considered a feature. I will have to just make sure I close out of app when not using it. I really like this note taking app tho, and am enjoying all the other features it offers.
