How do I change my username?

I keep forgetting my username as I set up my account some time ago, I want to change it to something I use on all websites/forums/accounts.

My question is, how do I do this or do I have to set up a new account? I'm not bothered if I have to do this, I've not used MacRumors to post a lot.
