iPhone will not update to 4.2.8 (Jailbroken)

I've followed the guides to update my iPhone to 4.2.8 and it gives me the error 1600 every time. I can update to just 4.2.8 that is not jailbroken but I really want my iPhone to be jailbroken. Any suggestions? I'm using snowbreeze on windows 7 64 bit.
