Help with C & C Generals

Hey Guys,

I wonder if I can draw on other peoples better experience with macs than myself?

Ive been trying to set up online gaming through the Gameranger application, but everytime I try to set up a game I get a "timed out" message? I was chatting to somebody and he mentioned I have to set up some AP network router thingy which I haven't the faintest idea what it is! I'm using an ibook G4 with an airport connection to my wireless router. Any help? Really appreciate it folks.

Ah, since you're using a wireless router, there's some special setting up that needs to be done for hosting multiplayer games. You can try and search for the instructions here in this forum (there was a thread about StarCraft or WarCraft and playing with a WiFi router) that could help you.

But, I'm sure somebody won't mind filling in the details on getting it to work.
