Let me make this clear. What I was looking for is a discussion regarding possibilities. After reading the article, I have a theory. It was mentioned that if this was something that the U.S. government was/is doing that it is a violation of many treaties. This thing was spotted by a satellite and the U.S. broke their ass getting there first. It makes me wonder if they already know what it is. My guess is that it is something that our government was/is working on and they were trying to do it in the most remote location on the planet. As far as this being a violation of multiple treaties... I am a proud Cherokee. We know something about how well this country honors its treaties :mad:

Well you can tell this article is bogus by just reading it. It states they sent instruments that came back saying it traveled back in time by the date it said. Last time I checked we don't have any thing that can tell what time and date it is until we set it. :/ There are other hints as well. Why are there no pictures of it?

No. I am saying that both poles have moved roughly 40 miles from an earlier position. Both poles are moving and they will continue to move. How far? I don't think anyone knows that. These things have happened before. I once saw a documentary that said the best place for finding shark fossils is in Montana. Areas where it used to be okay to grow oranges are now too cool. In the Ohio Valley, if you dig there you will find the soil filled with sea-shells. There are many examples. Back in the eighties, I read where some scientists were sort of freaking out because magnetic north was changing. These things might sound crazy, but they are not. These things are happening. People need to try and be prepared because the weather patterns are changing. This has nothing to do with that news story. This is something that is happening and these strange and unusual storms are going to increase in intensity. People need to try to prepare. If folks only want to laugh and make fun of these things, then go right ahead. Ignoring these things is something that people have a right to do, but to ignore these warnings is to put yourself and your loved ones in great peril. All of Hancock's works (and yes I have read a couple) are at best pseudo science. A lot of the proof he presents are in fact genuine facts, but he cherry picks, selecting only those facts that 'support' his theory and ignoring those that don't (I think it's even been shown that he has fudged some of his facts)

He tells a good story though, entertaining sure, and with a veneer of logic and the appearance rock solid proof. But start poking at it a bit, start trying to independently verify his facts, look into things more deeply and it all collapses like a house of cards.
