What is the best method to remote into an iMac running Parallels?

I have to run some Windows programs. I have Windows 7 installed on an iMac. Before I moved to the iMac, my Windows machine had DynDNS installed and I could remote in using Windows Remote Desktop.

With Windows running on the iMac OS X under Parallels, what is the best way to remote into this machine? I want to remote in from iOS devices as well as my MacBook Pro. The easiest way would be if I could install DynDNS on the Windows & under Parallels, but I don't know if that is possible as the internet connection is basically through OS X. Would Apple Remote desktop be the best solution and also allow me to access different windows under Spaces? Thanks.
