Videos taken from iPhone to iTunes to iPhone-how?

Hi! I am taking videos on my iPhone4 and I upload them to iTunes. Now I want to have some videos to keep on my iPhone4. What is the best way to do that? I can't create an album in iPhoto and drag them there to sync...
