Strange Issue with Large Icons

all of a sudden all my icons went really big, tried closing all apps and turning the phone off and on, but still no luck, anyone experience this?
 
Either click the Home Button 3 times in a row or Double tap the screen with 3 fingers, if it goes away then its 'Accessibility'

to turn it off, go to Settings> General> Accessibility and turn off Zoom and triple-click Home
