Just got the email. No kidding, they both look really interesting. And I thought I was done buying cases. . . .

I just received the Vapor Pro Spectra (all silver) and, while I really like the look and feel, it does some odd things to the GPS. 3G signal is fine, so for most of my use it is great. But when I travel and need GPS I will be switching cases. So these look really interesting . Not sure which one I like more??

I'm digging that Formula 4 case. $50 is not even that bad of a price either, though probably $10-$15 too high in the scheme of things.

If the Lifeproof doesn't work out then I may pick one of these up. I have been needing a little more protection than usual due to travel and such. It is easier just throwing my phone in a Survivor or Ballistic HC when I'm traveling to not have to worry about it.

Wow, the Formula looks very interesting.

If only the Vapor Spectra had a back, i'd buy one.... but the Formula looks like a good compromise. Anyone know when they start shipping?

Edit: But $30, for shipping to Australia? Bah. Brings the cost up to $79.99 :\ Are there any actual resellers out there that ship for less?

There is an official reseller (I checked with element, they are legitimate) from eBay that is selling the aluminum cases with a shipping rate of $16 to down under. You might wanner check with them if they are carrying the new cases.

Just to be picky, you would think they would have found a better example of the Forumula 4 to photograph. If you zoom in on the back, the carbon fibre seems to be peeling (or was just placed a little off kilter).

Wow that formula looks very nice! I might just order it.

I wonder if the material is soft touch or hard and smooth?

edit: rubber tone finish.

Is the 50$ price for the Formula 4 case no longer any good? I put it in my cart and it is listing the price at 59.95$. i would have ordered it for the 50$, but not 60$.

it plainly says today only $49.95. The cart goes to 59.95 automatically. Just make a note on it or call them. The page plainly says 49.95 so you wouldn't have a problem.

These prices are ridiculous.

Really?

I think they're quite reasonable and should allow more people to see what Element Case is all about. Their other offerings have always been over the $100 price mark which eliminates many potential buyers from being able to afford them.

These two cases, at under $60, should allow more people to be able to see what an Element Case is all about.

True they are not $10 cases but you get what you pay for.

Blah, missed the 10$ off and they wanna charge me 13$ for ground shipping a case! Wow. I will wait for some reviews.
