Update dialog in R U S S I A N!

Hello,
When an application needs to update the dialog is in the Russian language! When Bootcamp, or any other program sends the message in a pop up - UPDATES AVAILABLE, etc .... - it is Russian ...

Any ideas? This is very annoying and I do not read Russian ...
