How to go back to single text vibrate on 4.3

I just discovered that Silent Charge in Cydia will change your text alert to a single vibrate on 4.3. Has anyone else found another way to do this?
 
Yep, it's right in iOS. Settings-messages-play alert tone-select once. Just verified this, I'm on iOS 4.3.3 not jailbroken
