ERM... HELP!!!

ive got an Icy Box external HD with a 60gb drive inside, this HD is my back up one which contains EVERY single backup i have made for the last 3 years.

i plugged it into my PC to copy some files across from my PB; fine.

24 hours later i unplug it from the PC and take it to the PB. only nothing shows up? the name is there (James60) but no files. and its saying theres 20gb free still.

so i go on Disc Utility> verify disk. it says a lot of "cluster lost, and then a lot of no's, repeat. nothing is happening. but it still recognizes the file format? at this point im stumped.

i take it back down to the PC and ALL i can see on the drive is ".trashes" and ".ds_store". but this time with no name on the drive, but still with 20gb free.

im a little worried now... and im panicking... erm... help?! what should i do now?
