Try searching. There are lots of threads with this information. Or, if you have searched perhaps you could explain a little further what you are looking for and you'll get more responses.
 
I wanna see what other ppl's setups r...the new 2011 MBP's have SATA issues some are 6/3 others 6/6. I've been lookin at gettin a SSD but the SATA 6/3 issue kills the idea of gettin OWC 6GB

No it doesn't, just put your HDD in the optical bay.
 
Im lookin at OWC 6G, OCZ vertex 3 or Corsair Force Series 3...any suggestions??
