Hey

I have the mac os (3 cd set) can i copy all the 3 cd's to a DVD as a backup....f so, will the install work direct from the dvd?

PS is it worth installing the tiger BETA to play with? or should i wait for the release?

I guess you can make three disk images (using Disk Utility or Toast) and burn those three onto a DVD, and you then should be able to mount those directly from the DVD, but I fear you would have problems with booting from the DVD... but there's might be a possibility to make the DVD bootable...?
