Ok, my ac adapter is being really weird. It only gives power when I plug it in facing down. If I hang it on the wall it doesn't work. Also, I can hear a small popping sound when I plug it in to the wall. Secondly, the prongs feel loose and the removable head seems to not be connected entirely flush. If I complain to apple, will they send me a new adapter? Is there a quick fix for this? Thanks for the help!

got it fixed!

Well I called apple and suprisingly everything went great and they are going to send me a new one free of charge and pay for shipping for the old one. So, disregard the last post.
