My brand-new 2011 MBP won't boot up

It goes to the grey screen with the apple symbol and with the circle under it, AND at first there's an outline of a bar under the circle. That bar outline disappears about a minute but the circle just continues to go around. Nothing else happens after that.

I tried hard shutdowns but it keeps doing this same thing.

Please help!
 
I ended up doing a clean install. My HD was corrupt. I'll do my Migration Assistant AGAIN in a few days.

WHAT A PAIN IN THE BUTT!
