Is there any way to efficiently copy adjustments made using a plug in?

I use Nik Silver and Color, and find their UIs to be lacking, not to mention slow as snails.

Thanks

Edit. I just noticed I read your post wrong. I thought you were looking for a plug-in to lift adjustments. I'm not sure if the built in lift tool will work with plug-ins or not. I'm guessing you've tried it?

Aperture actually has this built in!

All you do is select the photo you want to copy the adjustments from then click the 'lift metadata & adjustments button', select the adjustments you want, then select the other images, and click the stamp button. Ta-da! Your adjustments have been copied.

or reference, these are the buttons you need: http://cl.ly/7Du0
The one in the middle is list and the one on the right is stamp.
