Flash still crashes in Chrome when GPU switches

I'm still having this annoying problem when using Chrome. When the GPU switches from discreet to integrated, or vice versa, Flash crashes and an empty space resides where the flash video used to be. The only solution i know is to shut down Chrome and reopen. Anybody else still experiencing this?

Yup, it happens to me too. I think its because of hardware acceleration though because when I use an older version of flash that isn't hardware accelerated, it doesn't crash. Nevertheless, the problem doesn't occur with Firefox or Safari, even when I do use the latest version of flash.
