water damaged phone, any way to get data?

my phone decided it wanted to be an olympic swimmer the other day and now it is dead. i had it apart, in a bag of rice, baked in the oven, cleaned all the contacts with alcohol and a q-tip... its dead.

it had been a month or so since i synced it with my itunes and i have a few pictures and contacts that are not backed up on my computer... is there anyway to pull the flash memory out and retrieve that information? i dont care if i have to salvage the phone.. its useless now anyways.

any information would be greatly appreciated.
