What Macs (model and year) does Lion run on and how's the performance?

Any system that supports Snow Leopard will also support Lion.

Any system that supports Snow Leopard will also support Lion.

Unless the Mac has a 32-bit Intell CPU. The early Intell Macs can't run Lion.
