Apple says I am left with 2 more computers for authorization! Why?

I sync my phone for the iOS5, but my phone hang! And so I restart it, only to find that when I back-up, all my apps are gone. I re-sync but can't.

Need to re-authorize in order to sync the apps I re-downloaded in iTunes to my phone and apple said I am left with two more computers. Do I need to pay after the 5th authorization?😡
