Tiger $95 @ Amazon!

MacinTouch is reporting that Amazon has Tiger available for pre-order for $129 less a $35 mail-in rebate. I just ordered it and in reviewing the rebate form, it notes that the purchase must be made by 05/31/05. 😱 Just more circumstantial evidence pointing to an early release of Tiger!

FWIW, I just received the order confirmation with a shipping estimate of 5/26.
 
Wonder if I could pre-order from Apple to get my college student discount, and then use the Amazon.com rebate 😛

Nah... I would just cancel and get my rear in line at the Apple Store. 😛
 
I think i rather buy it at my local apple store then order it on line. Do you think their will be a special if you get Tiger you get ilife 05 at a discount....?
 
Given the build numbers and some of the issues that I have seen in other threads, I just don't want Apple to rush things.
 
Perhaps we have forgotten the last time Amazon made a delivery estimate for Tiger. According to them Tiger was supposed to ship last week. 🙄

Well thay have also stated that it would ship the 31st 🙄
