I don't know if vBulletin allows this, but it would be really nice if, when quoting a post, a link to that post would be automatically generated as a hyperlink, so that instead of, say, this:
As another Select member, I've also been monitoring the Tiger releases.
the username would be a hyperlink to the original post, something like this:

Actually, it might be more understandable if the link could be added to the "posted", like:
