Mac RAMDisk at Stump

At the WWDC Stump the Experts event, they brought out the circuit board of a RAMDisk, about 1 MByte from circa 1985, to see if anyone recognized it. Took around 20 minutes of google searching before someone figured it out.

Does anyone have or know more about this product?
