It's a late 2009 MacBook Pro:

2.53 ghz c2d
4 GB ram
NVIDIA GeForce 9400M

Will it play ok or be really jumpy?

it will most likely play... you'll have to run really low graphics settings in game and a really low resolution... so it won't look as pretty as on a better machine, but it will probably be playable.... the geforce 9400 is VERY low end in performance.
