Citrix - Anybody able to connect (10.3.8)

Hello. I'm trying to connect to my company's server with Citrix. I have very little undestanding of how this all works (or not in my case).

Anybody would like to guide me through this process?
 
I have done a good bit of tinkering to get my company's citrix server to work with my mac client. In my case, my company doesn't really support macs and I have to do things myself. Their default .ica file didn't work with the mac client and I had to do some tinkering with it. I found that using a text editor (bbedit or textwrangler are good)worked better than the citrix client editor. Can you give me any details or even a copy of your companies ica file (with any passwords removed, of course)?
