iMac DV price

How much do you think a used 400mhz iMac DV with a 20gb hard drive and 128mb of ram should cost? Is $400 a good price? Will it be able to handle OS X? And will it be efficient at editing DV videos?

You will need more RAM. I have a gig on the same machine. The DV was made for video editing, although it is a little dated now. You probably have an 8 MB video card. Most new units ship with 32, I believe. I think 400 is a little high, but I'm cheap.

I think 400$ is kinda high considering you can get a snow iMac for $799 from Apple. But it will run X.2 fine but I recomend maxing out the ram. Yes it will edit movies but render times will be kinda slow.
