iPod Game keep crashing

My girlfriend was playing a game called flick fishing lite on her iPod.

And out of nowhere the game keeps crashing on open

So now she cannot open that game anymore

What we tried was force the game to close with double click on home.

Reboot the iPod

The game just got an update and it still crashes.

She has an iPod touch 4g with 4.3.3

We don't want to delete and reinstall because she doesn't want to loose her progress

Anything else to do????
