Basic TV Tuner

Hi.

I was looking for recommendations for a basic USB TV tuner that I can use to record cable TV? I've just got basic cable (no box, no HD). Just want to be able to hook up my coax cable to my MBP and capture it.

I live in Canada, BTW, just incase it matters for signal format.

Suggestions?
