This is in the Grokster case. Scalia messed up the name of Grokster. Odds are intentionally.

This has the makings of 9-0 smackdown of the RIAA. Either that or a rather bizarre ends against the middle decision. Since Scalia and Souter seem for Grokster but Kennedy is breaking against.

Sony is also in an odd position here as well.
