Any way to disconnect Remote from computers?

In my basement I have Apple TV, a new iMac and a Powerbook. I primarily use the remote for Apple TV, but often when I'm trying to use Netflix, etc. on Apple TV the remote turns on Front Row on the iMac, I try to turn that off and wake up the Powerbook, which also proceeds to run Front Row. Clicking the "Menu" button doesn't help, as it then stops the movie I'm trying to watch on Apple TV.

I feel like I'm in a 3 Stooges movie. Any way to disconnect the Remote from the computers?
